Would you be interested on working on a game?
The game is beautifully designed....All the characters are very cool especially the wizard... xd.... and I also agree with what Jordan had said but you've done nice work...Keep it up and keep inspiring others :)
Thanks sayin...and thanks for getting inspired.Means a lot♥
Sadly it stopped working at wave 9 :(
Pros:
- Good polish, it has a nice feeling to it.
- Upgrades are always fun!
- I like the self exploding enemies, they added some strategy as you can use them against other enemies.
Cons:
-Souls and items stopped my bullets which was annyoing as hell. (Pun intended)
- The combat feels a bit monotonus, just bigger enemies that can take more damage and actually were more esay then their small parts.
Thanks a lot man, for the honest feedback...I rushed to finish the game at the end :D...Glad you played to the end..means a lot to me..I'll fix everything as soon as recharge my battery :D
This is a fun prototype! Art-style is on-point, gameplay is fun and rewarding with the drops - I'm excited to see how you expand it.
The music is awesome, who wrote it? It's really well done and I think it fits the setting perfectly.
The only critique I have is I thought that the SFX didn't match the gameplay or visuals. I felt like the Wizards spell SFX needed more weight to it. I won't go into detail, but I think overall the SFX sounded a little too retro, and I think this game could really benefit from a more modern approach to the sound design.
That being said, I realize that it's a jam and sound is usually the last on the agenda. You accomplished a lot in one week and ended up with a fun and compelling prototype!
Detailed feedbacks make me go YAY...Thanks man..I had a ton of fun making this game and will expand it to make it more fun..sfx are not really my strong point and sound was rushed..So glad you took time to play this somewhat of a game...😄
Haha glad you found my feedback useful! If you have any questions about SFX or music feel free to hit me up on Discord and I can help you out :)
Will do sir :)
